Crashed as soon as I loaded in a TEXTURE ENVIRONMENT in MTL EDITOR. Like Instantly. The ONE thing I wanted fixed. This version is useless to me without this fixed. How are you guys missing this ??
It happens on all four of my machines. It is not machine specific, it is not video card specific. It is a MAJOR BUG.

PLEASE FIX TEXTURE ENVIRONMENT CRASH !

all it is clear that this update does not work .... now we need to solve another how to live

.......................................
it turns out that all the updates are synchronized for 3dmax under standalone but not optimized for properties 3dmax /// it turns out that the octane of renet 3dmax not adapted himself 3dmax and only the parameters of standalone .... then makes sense to me to use it in an environment 3d max ... . . . want to see the octane render 3dmax a single product with 3dmax in Appendix

......................
Again, I'll tell you the OCTANE of RENDER VERY GOOD AND I LOVE HIM

Why are you complaing so massive here? It's a "TEST" release. Just report bugs if you like and use stable version in production.

now you deliberately stir conflict ?

.....
we have every tool in the unfinished example 1. camera 2. bitmap textures, and so on and so forth . . . . can you say allegory - bought tool and it is not configured - each note is not so

I have just noticed that d3sty posted this release.
Welcome on board!

So there is no more neonZorglub ?
The reason I ask this is simply because I personally and some other users might request what features are currently on the table with the new developer.

I'm really tired of requesting some internal features or optimizations spesific to 3dsmax over and over again. (I mean changes not realated to standalone core)

So I'd like to ask what has changed.
Do you have a solid to do list that we track.
Please tell us what issues you're already aware of. Would it be too hard to make a checklist and we can strike them off one by one.
Thanks

Hi oguzbir,
neonZorglub is just on vacation.
d3sty is a senior developer, just added to the development.

Paride

Just do a Roadmap like corona does: https://trello.com/b/EfPE4kPx/corona-road-map-3ds-max

Fix the bugs and make a POSSIBLE to do list, not just promises as we seen since 2.5

PLEASE!!!

Rest assured that all issues that are reported make their way into our internal issue tracking system. From there, we prioritise as best we can, and in cases where significant issues are resolved, we make intermediate releases. Following from your feedback, we will no longer release test builds. We will instead be passing new builds to internal and external Max experts for testing and signoff, after which we will make these available to customers as beta.

The objective is to make releases with zero known issues, but in some cases where there are significant, serious issues, we will make exceptions and release "hotfixes" were needed urgently. We trust that this is to your satisfaction, and we will do our best to ensure that releases are made in a timely fashion.
