3rd party plug-ins will also have a an easier path supporting OE via a mature and stable API that we've been able to work out after completing these initial 3 plug-ins.
Will there be any love for the Blender PlugIn moving forwards towards this incredible new eco-system?

Rikk, thanks for the heads up about this thread.
I had this in another post so I shifted it here:

Otoy- I loved looking at the new stuff! Some questions...

Octane 3.0
-Could current users get a pre-order arrangement where the transition is seamless :D , or
will it be on May 15 I go to start Octane and it no longer works and I have to go and buy it, but the site is down because everyone else it trying to buy it and it crashes...

Octane V3.1
-Octane Imager - when is a rough projection as to when this could be released?
(translation = ME WANT NOW...ARRARRRR)

Octane V4
-Brigade speed - When I saw the "~ 3200 Bench" I was wondering if Brigade/Octane V4 will have special hardware system requirements, as in could it be run off of a traditional 2-3 GPU set-up as we know now, or will it require a cloud subscription, or only be available to users with a higher level set of GPUs (i.e. Pascal)

Octane V5
-What will it have, real-time lights and moving atmospherics (wind, weather, solar phenomenon)?

Thanks!
