I have a possible bug report - if an object is set with visibility turned off on the first frame of a render, it does not appear when visibility is turned back on later in the animation. It was reported on a thread here:
http://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/ ... ion#latest

As I reported on that thread, if you do a Reload Scene after the object becomes visibility, it renders OK. I am guessing that invisible objects are screened out to save memory, but then they are not being restored when the visible state changes.

I just fixed this in the 2.25 release. I have not posted the fix for 3.0 yet.

Just click on the number to enter edit mode.

I am finding that when I load older saved materials, the "Inverse Absorbtion" box within "Medium" (for a specular material) is checked when it shouldn't be, and on a figure with typically many material zones, it can be a pain to go through them all and correct them. Is this a bug?

This is a new property that defaults to true. I am supposed to set it to false for old scenes but I can't tell the difference. I think I am going to have to figure something out...

Do worries if it is a lot of hassle, after a while I will have most of my older files converted!
