Lighting errors

Hi,
the lighting is totally messed up in Plugin versions 2.24.2-R2 and 2.25-R1.
General System Info
Win 10 x64
C4D R 16.050
Nvidia: 361.75
Last working version combination:
Plugin: 2.24.1-R3
Octane: 2.24.2 win64
NOT working version combination A:
Plugin: 2.24.2-R2
Octane: 2.24.2 win64
NOT working version combination B:
Plugin: 2.25-R1
Octane: 2.25 win64
Problem
If I update the plugin to anything newer than 2.24.1-R3, the lighting in my scene changes completely.
Correct result with plugin version 2.24.1-R3:

- correct lighting
Wrong result with plugin versions 2.24.2-R2 and 2.25-R1:

- wrong lighting
Description
a) The blackbody emitters that are illuminating the front in combination with an HDRI environment, do almost have no influence anymore. Only the HDRI environment is casting light correctly.
b) All displays and LEDs are illuminated by the medium node of a diffuse material (see node graph image). All of them don't cast light at all in the newer versions, but work perfectly fine in the 2.24.1-R3 version.

- medium-scattering-emission
The lighting works correctly, when I use the standalone version of octane ( both 2.24.2 and 2.25 ) but when I use the C4D plugin, the lights are messed up in versions 2.24.2-R2 and 2.25-R1.
Any help appreciated

livedb also freeze for me a lot.
Same here ... happens when doing something with materials while LV is active.

@friscokid : I think it's related with the new parameter of light tag, surface brightness. Can you unselect it? I'll check it to fix for old scenes.

I couldn't yet catched this issue. Do you have any bugreport.zip?

Well, disabling surface brightness "fixed" the normal emitters. Does that mean surface brightness is now working correctly or that it was working correctly before?
However, all the emitters connected to a scattering node, which is then connected to the medium node of a diffuse material don't work anymore (regardless of the surface brightness setting).
What has changed, that emission via medium nodes doesn't work anymore and how to fix this?

No. It's a new parameter since some versions. Old tags has not this parameter and plugin make it on by default when you add new tag or use old scenes. This causes the different. I added it to scene convertion mechanism for next update.
For second, can you check it on SA. If it's different than plugin can be a problem. But this version has been tested for long time(all 2.24.2 period) and i didn't get any feedbacks for that!

Just tested the same node setup (the one of my screenshot) in 2.25 and 2.24.2 Standalone and the Material is properly casting light in both versions, while it doesn't with the Plugin (even if I set the power to something like 200).
If I change the plugin version back to 2.24.1-R3 it works fine too, but starting with version 2.24.2-R2 the same material doesn't cast any light at all.

OK, here is simple scene that is working correctly with plugin version 2.24.1 R3 and is not working with plugin version 2.24.2 R2.
