I am not sure why Octane reports 0 Used memory. You have a lot of objects and a lot of textures, but all should work fine if it fits in the GPU memory.
Can you please render with F9 and make a screengrab of the preview window info zone while rendering to know the memory reports while rendering? ... I think that this scene is near to run out of memory with 6GB, but I don't know why it renders with only one GPU.
Can you also tell me the configuration of the out-of-memory textures that you have in the plugin options panel?

One last test, can you please disable the objects with displacement textures to see how it works?

Perhaps you should test the out-of-core with more memory for the textures, something like RAM usage limit: 8 and GPU head room: 600

these a critic point before render start in which memory usage goes 0/5944 ( or so) .... if it manadge to overcame that point, memory usage become 4752/1255

i will try even if i am a bit afraid of that because also cpu ram usage tend to be critical and system tell that windows is running out of memory and that is necessary to close application...
the problem with f9 is also that the first render goes well but if i stop render and start a new render session system ram usage increases since system is crashing
