I connect all fans to aquaero only via phobya splitters - there are 4 channels there.

Aquaero is connected to the mobo via USB

Connect both PWM cables from pumps to PWM controller on your motherboard (using this http://shop.aquacomputer.de/product_inf ... ts_id=2847). But power both pumps via molex and PSU! Then control speed of pumps through motherboard bios.
The loop is good.

Locate drain at the lowest point of the loop - no matter if this is 'in' or 'out'.

Thanks again for all your valuable answers.

I ordered the wrong tube size in my first order, 10/13, instead of 10/16, so I'm waiting for tubing to be delivered to plug everything.

In the mean time, I was wondering how you got your aquaero to read all your graphic cards temp?

Also, having a vertex in your reservoir, is it a good thing?

Finally, do you use a Flow Sensor?

Yes - I have a flow meter bought, many new parts for upgrade - acrylic tubing, sleeved cables, .... I just have not time now to put them inside the case.

As for temp readings - in the manual there is a list of 3 software that export readings - I think (don't remember exactly) I am using openhardwaremonitor.

Let me know if you manage to get it working

Go to task manager and create new task to autorun openhardwaremonitor as system boots.

With four GPUS, watercooling is not a question, it's required IMHO. The only air possible would be reference designs, that blow warm air out on the back, but even then, the cards stand so narrow to each other, it gets just too hot. besides that, it will be noisy hell, while wastercooling allows to work as silent as in idle, if your radiator is big enough and the fans can run low RPM.

Here the beast, done, working!
Finally.

I still have to work on the connection with the aquaero + flow meter + mobo.
But in the mean time, I need to work as I did let the computer not running for the last 3 weeks..!

Nice to see progress. Now you see how small for WC 900D is :)

Some remarks - I'd put the lepa fan on the other side to avoid hot air blowing from the longer radiator.
If I am not mistaken the fans on the lower 480 shall be in pull (air shall come into the case through the dust filter). It's a pity you don't have enough room for push pull in the lower chamber.

Curious about your temps.

Good luck!

Hey Smisha,

So, from what I understood, I did the best with what I tough would be good regarding the airflow, push or pull orientation of the fans.

Here is the actual system

If I'm not mistaken, you are telling me that, in the lower chamber, I should be pushing air from outside the case, trough the radiators, on both 480 and 240, right? So all the hot air would then be created from the bottom (with 480 pushing air against 240), then the hot air would come up inside the tower, then would be distributed to the exaust fan at the top rear, and the 360's fan top, right?

For now, the tower 900D is located in a box that is also exausting the air coming from the computer to the outside. Fresh air depends on the temperature of the room which varies is I turn the AC on.

Let me know what you think I should revise.

But if you want to put extra 240 at the back - no room for push pull.
