How much faith can I have in my Dell U2713HM product specs saying:

"WQHD resolution and accurate colors out of the box: Superb clarity with 2560 x 1440 resolution and over 3.6 million pixels. Features a color gamut of more than 99-percent sRGB"

Does that mean I don't need to worry about any further calibration if I stick with sRGB in Photoshop?

Finally, I got a new print from another print house. Definitely, the problem wasn´t by my side. I will show it to my client, so he can be aware of his printing service provider. Thanks so much for the help.

you should still calibrate if you want the colors to be accurate. All that's saying is that it can display that amount of colors, it doesn't mean those colors will look how they should. For a monitor like that, the colors shouldn't be too far off out of the box. Also, you're work is being viewed only on monitors, super accurate colors aren't nearly as important since 99% of people viewing the work won't have monitors displaying accurate colors anyway.
