Have you noticed an issue with needing to press manual reload if you want LRVP to update after changing/toggling VISIBLE in General tab?
I have made some changes in that area. I did not confirm that toggling 'visibility' is still working. I'll make sure it's fixed in the next update.
2.10.0052 still requires a manual reload for 'visibility' toggle changes to take effect on LRVP Sighman.
Also, Is an animated sequence using Export scene data (ocs) working for you in 2.10 standalone?
Sorry, I missed that one. Working on it now...

No problem, you have done great with the latest additions...Thank you

Regarding that, I can't seem to get an exported scene (OCS) animation to work in standalone 2.10!
TBH, I have not tried importing anything in to the standalone before other than obj or Alembic scenes so it's prob me doing something wrong! I thought that it would export the animation/camera motion data and I could then scrub the timeline in the standalone version like I would with Alembic sequences right?

PS: Will you be incorperating Alembic export (with camera) just wondering

No, I do not support exporting animations yet (that will come when I get object motion blur working). Also, the standalone does not support animated materials, just mesh, so animated (movie) textures won't work in any case.

You also don't want to send me Octane Standalone crash reports. They should be posted on the Release Candidate forum.

Ah ok, thanks for letting me know

I was merely showing you what happens when I import an exported scene from your plugin as i was not aware you dont export animation yet!, it was not my intention to provide you with a crash report!

Sorry, I meant that to be a suggestion, not a scolding.

. All those events are caused by you moving the mouse over the render window. I don't see any events related to a frame change. Thanks for trying.
No problem. So I'm back to square one then. One thought to get round this short term (so I can get rendering again) is to NOT use a background and instead put models in the background. Trouble is this scene is already very hard on the Carrara Assemble rooms frame rate.
Any ideas from anyone? The problem is disappearing backgrounds (usually ok upon entry to the viewport, then on any kind of frame change (animation or just in sequencer) the image is lost.) Also opening and closing the viewport can make it disappear too. It's ok if you re-load the scene, but I'm an animator. So a bit stuck atm.
I'll take work around ideas too just to get rendering again. Cheers!

Can you use a plane with an image map in the background as a possible workaround? Just to be clear, we are talking about "Background" (ie. what you would put a spherical HDRI into) and not "Backdrop" (which isn't yet supported).
I haven't had any issues with Backgrounds in the animations that I have rendered.
