Hi Aoktar,

i cannot activate my plugin for cinema. Everytime the program says that i have to activate my standalone version. After that error number 2 is showing up again...."This plugin account is currently activated on another machine.....
Please fix this bug. :)
I cannt use octane in cinema at the moment....

PS: look like the same problems like "ASyme1" but without the crash...

Is there an OSX version around ?

I'm so disappointed, C4D keeps crashing and crashing, really can't work with Octane.

Ok i tried deactivate from website. Now the RC2 is working again. But version 1.07a isn't working. Always this error is displayed" Error2: This plugin account is currently activated on another machine....."

Hi,
I wrote some warnings on first page about this version. This is for only previewing version. This means please don't use on any jobs, i can't give a guarantee about backward compitability or stability. New sdk contains some big invisible changes, even plugins. We are still working to complete this changes. Also New Octane Api is still not stabile stage.

Bolos: What's your specs? Are you sure that you did a correct install? I wrote that some scenes which was done by previous version can cause problems. Did you tried on new scenes?

Pixekingdom: i'm not sure about this problem. I can help to you next day for this

Is there anybody get it worked without problems?

I finally downloaded the C4D plugin for C4D R13 on my customer area and it seems to work again now.

But I'm using C4D R15, strange.

Yes, this can happen. If there are any changes to the security/licensing system between octane core/SDK versions that the plugin is built on, then different versions may generate a different machine ID (leading octane to think you are on a different machine). It means you will need to de-activate and re-activate every time you change versions.
(Usually we try to keep changes to the licencing system to a minimum so this doesn't happen)

I hope that makes sense? :?
(and sorry for the inconvenience)

Thanks
Chris.
