Yeah
I was just thinking the same, then I read the last row
if you're out for an "ad" look, that would say something like "Octane breakz rulez" (and it's true BTW)

plain awesome! everything from animation to post-pro, it's totally cool, and octane logo as a circular saw crashing instead of the pellet would be could too.

I have many ideas how to make this video even better, but I have the 9600gt.
long wait for the render, leaves no chance to realize them
for this reason I do not use reflections

If it were me, I'd shoot the projectile out of the center of the Octane logo, and then move the camera and let the object pan by ( ala that Angelina Jolie assassin movie where they bent the bullet ) let it pan by. Then into the sequence.
I'm a video production guy, if you want some post/editing help, etc... (assuming of course I have time - been pretty busy lately.... a good problem to have

).

looks very cool.
i'm going to add an animation section to our gallery.
anything that people want added to it should be posted as 'flv' format though.
things like this, eg mini octane advertisements could also be used in a sort of octane ad gallery,
provided you can get me an FLV version. (i recommend to just submit everything to the comp)

It's very nice, however I think the beginning and the ending are not as good as the renders. Nevertheless I like it, and I think that you will keep improving it.
What i've been wondering: What music did you use? It sound quite interesting and fits the animation imho.

oh, thanks for your fast reply.
And I really like your music, too! There are quite a lot of ideas in the ~2 minutes.
