The workflow is, that you specify the gpu devices you want to use. To do that, type in the device numbers follow with a space.
eg. 0 1 2
That works only with a new project.
When a project already exist, you can´t change it.

edit:
I see, you can use it only one time, when a project is new. Should be an bug...

I couldn't test the multi gpu as I have only one card. Did you experimented problems in such situation ? Could you explain more, what happends if you specify GPU list with an existing project ?

Thanks

I have make a video, there you can see the bug.

I start with a new project and submit the -g options.
At the first time, it works. When i press the render button again, only one GPU are used.

It´s a private video, no access to it...

Here is a tutorial how to make it public.

Now it works...
Changing the project from test to test doesn´t work. The old files are still on the disc. change it from test to test2...
When you press the first time the render button and the project doesn´t exists, Octan will create a new one.
With this new one, you can set up your materials and other things.
Every time you press the button again, the old project is loaded into Octane, means the old materials.
When you then add more meshes in your scene, Octane will add they material, that should be work.
The old ones will not be changed. For this it is better to change the materials in Octane and save then the scene.

Allways It is better to have a finished scene to export.
Setting then up the materials and render.

Octane don´t like when you add meshes to your existing scene...

thx face
if everytime i need export file that i need to add a new project then will add a obj and mtl file in my folder...
so ...if i do ten times ...there are ten files in it .
i think it's not smart . it should be automatic not be manually.
but when you delete ocs file in your forlder manually . this situation won't happen.that is my test.
