Lovely renders Mec4D...as usual

Here is one of my test renders (using your Buddy2 texture on Genesis, and the 3D mini beard & chest hair we've been testing), along with a custom SSS for the skin to bring it to life a bit more.

this one is extremely impressive. the body hair adds just another level of realism to that already great textures (z-brush?) and material setup. the best human skin render i've seen to date with octane
(so prove me wrong please

)...

Thanks , hair in Zbrush rigged for genesis ,
I made one more test with the head scan and little bigger around 10.000 s/px in 50 min with only HDR light maps but the textures are to light and have to much luminosity level it should be darker, and actually forgot to edit blood map I made on the lips so it got to dark, but well the skin reflection don't looks bad .. I think my next human textures for use with Octane will works much better .. I noticed that to light skin textures block the sss transmission more as the darker .

Hi, I am a user of DAZ3D and Octane like you. But as a beginner, I still have many confusions.
I have seen many of your posts. They have provided many great thoughts and been very helpful. Thank you so much. Meanwhile, I gotta a couple of questions. Could you please solve them for me? I have rendered the human bodies for many times yet still don't get the expected results. The attachment is a picture I found on the internet. I hope I could reach this level of rendering. If you have similar or better works containing model textures and OCS files, could you send me the files so that I can use them as reference. That would be really great. I would appreciate it greatly. Thanks.

Start with the skin presets that are in the online library. Those will give you insight on setting up skin.
