My PSU is 1350W enermax, GPUs: 2 x gtx580 3GB watercooled - temp. 28 idle - 60 at full load, CPU i7 2600k - temp 30-45, 16 GB ram at 1333 mhz.
As I said - 285 nvidia driver and physx set to CPU solves my problem for now. So I doubt that my PSU has anything to do with it.

It seems that PSU shouldn't be problematic..

Well, happy to hear that You manage to find out the solution! hope it will run stable from now =)
