Thanks for the quick relpy!

It's the same Version i downloaded 2 days ago, its the "Blender_Octane_Edition_2019.1.RC3_20.1_beta".

I re-downloaded it several times, but nothing changed


So my main question is, if i am the only one experiencing this, or is this version really down at the moment?

Currently writing from Europe, Austria.

I have the same problem this morning. I tried to install octane for blender 2.8 for the first time and I get the same error message ("Activation Error: This build is not supported anymore. Please update to a newer Version" ). I'm using 20.1 since I downloaded the latest installer today.

I tried to install on 2 different computers with the following specs:

1/ Win7---Intel Xeon E5 2650---32Go Ram---Nvidia Quadro k5200
2/ Win10---Intel I5---8Go Ram---Nvidia gtx1050 max-Q

(On the second computer, Blender_Octane_edition4.05_16.6stable works)

Just re-downloaded 20.1, same issue here. Seems like a new build is needed.

I was in the middle of something last night and the same thing happened. Worst thing is, I pay for the Blender plug-in, but I hate 2.79 now.

We're going to release a new build soon, with Hair and Render Layer features implemented (and of course a lot of bug fixes)!

This also happened to my client.

The latest version (20.1) gives the same error message. I downloaded it again just to be sure.

So I downloaded it again and it was the same build and the error still shows.

Yesterday I checked my license and it still should hold till mid October. Why is this issue happening and how can I fix it? Or is it something in otoys side?
