And aoktar, elinize, beyninize saglik.
V3 can move and use render buffer to RAM when VRAM filled. Also has unlimited(as fitted to VRAM) triangle counts.
Çok teşekkürler.

no problem you can have multiple Octane version in your system without conflicts, Standalone Alpha 6 has a new improved UI, give it a try

Can you explain this workflow for me? Running multiple versions? Can i have multiple folders with Octane in C4d at the same time? And different standalone versions at the same time too?

Standalone is fine to co-install, each version creates it's own folder.
With the plugin, you can't have both in the plugins folder without conflict. You can, however, use
PluginBoss to enable or disable the plugins.
You have to rename the folder of course to know which version is which when inside C4D - in my case "c4doctane" is 2.25:

Excellent tip. Thank you!
I had problems with earlier Alphas for V3 but the latest one is working fine so far, with the added benefit of shorter rendering times in some cases. One example improved render time from 4:22/frame to 3:06/frame. Plugin Boss made it so much easier to test this! Also, I have it set up to disable plugs I rarely use but like to have available with little hassle, which improves C4D launch time.

Just installed Standalone 3.0 alpha 6 (with octane plugin 3.0 alpha 1).
Freezes C4d when manipulating textures. Have to kill C4d and relaunch.
No buggreports.

Hi aoktar!
Yesterday i installed your alpha and i have to say that it is great! I did not render any fancy stuff yet, but it is much faster and seems pretty stable to me.
Thank you for your work and for your plugin hint (Plugin Boss), that makes it easy to change between the "current stable" and the "alpha" version.
Have a nice day!
Best, Chriz

I just downloaded Octane Stand Along 3.00 Alpha 6 & Cinema 4D plugin Alpha 3.1.
I just wanted to be sure that Network Rendering is not working or disabled? That I'm not just doing something wrong trying to network render.
I couldn't quite find a definitive answer on the subject in this thread.

Hi natemac00,
be sure to use Standalone v3 Alpha 3 in the slave to working with the c4dOctane v3.1 version for now

Standalone and plugin version should always match for net rendering

Didn't realize the releases matched up like that. Thanks for the help!

I'm trying to finish the some revisions for a new build over Alpha6.
