With this new version of the 901 plugin working with Octane layout the material picker is not working. Would you consider adding the Modo image palette and animation render button into the Octane layout this way I don't need to open a new OctaneRender setup window?

Hi Paul,

Modo 801 Pluging 2.23.2.73 Bug
When choosing any adjusments tool from the palette, like material picker, white balance, the mouse course is not visible on the viewport.

I have refreshed the installers at the top of this thread with:

2.23.2.75
- Fixed issue where pick cursors were not visible in Modo801
- Fixed issue introduced in 2.23.2.74 where material picking was not working
- Modo901 - added Images Palette button and Animation button to the OctaneRender layout toolbar. NOTE: The Image palette is not current working correctly on Modo901 - see Known Issue point 4 at http://render.otoy.com/universe.php#42M ... 0Specifics. That means these buttons also appear on the Viewport toolbar.

There is also an issue with the new NodeGraph node, when you change the material plugged into the connector, which I will fix in the next few days.

Hi Paul,
I'm having an issue with OctaneRender for Modo901.
On Octane Viewport doensn't show anything, need to go to Octane Mesh > Load Cage.
It show up, but Ngons are all mess up, need to Triangulate every Ngons before load a scene to Octane Viewport.
On 801, OctaneRender plugin works as expected.
I'm on Win 7, GTX 680 (updated driver), 8MB Ram, OctaneRender 2.23.2 win64, OctaneRender Plugin for Modo 801 2_23_2_75_64bit.
Also already deleted Modo Config file twice.

If you disable Use Modo Render Cache in the Preferences->Octane panel is the problem fixed?

Hi Carlo - for some reason the Render Cache API is not working on your 901 install. I suggest once SR1 is released, turn Use Modo Render Cache on again, and if there are still issues, I will investigate further.
