Looks like x-particles doesn't work with this release. I mean only the pure particles, not generated geometry. I have checked "enable particle engine" but it doesn't help. Plug-in version 2.24.1 won't export particles, but everything works fine with plug-in version 2.23.2.
I'm running Windows 10 Pro (64bit), Cinema 4D R17 (64bit), X-Particles 3
Little patient. I'm completely changing the things for new level. It will work with particles, volumetrics on time.

Do you mean a import function for new scatter object to load phantom scatter files? If so why not?
Exactly. Will that be featured? I had someone who uses Octane for C4D ask it.

Yes we can add new section to read csv files. Let's talk it by PM. Thanks

I have a request.
And hope it is a good place to leave it
When saving EXR file in
Cinema Render Settings -> Save
wih compression: "Lossy 16bit float, Piz-based wavelet"
you get incredibly small file with a big load of informations in it.
It would be great if Octane Render Passes cold be saved with this type of compression.

Propably i'll stop to work on this version after a R3. I'm going to release new TEST version over 2.24.2. We can freely check everythings so.

one more thing about copy mix materials. if i select a mix material AND its nested materials in material_manager and i copy them to an other document, then 5 materials get copied.
1:MIX material
2: first nested material
3: second nested material
4: first nested material
5: second nested material

I'm getting a lot of driver crashes with this latest build and the latest nvidia driver for the 780. Using r17 currently. Is there a known issue about it or is it just me having this issue?
Edit: This was with v2, will try with v3
