That's good news, Paul.
As a follow up to the mesh tearing issue, I have tested with the latest plugin version, and I still have mesh splitting and visible seams, with or without subdivision. I can fix this by converting the figure to Unimesh skinning, and then reloading the entire scene. Just refreshing vertexes will not do.

Unimesh skinning seems to fix this issue. If I can ever get a scene which reproduces this issue on my hardware I will report the problem to Smith Micro - but so far I've yet to personally experience the issue.

So far it has happened with HiveWire3D's Dawn, and now with the new Star! figure from Lady LittleFox, where both are weight-mapped. I've noticed the mesh tearing and seams become more evident on joints with more rotation. It only seems to show between some body joints, not all of them.
I think the tearing only shows in Octane, so why should we report this to SMS?

The tearing is happening inside PoserPython - so the vertex position reported by Poser to the plugin have the tearing - so it is a Poser issue. I have never been able to reproduce the problem, so I haven't reported it to Smith Micro.

I have refreshed the installers at the top of this thread with:
2.22.2.42
- Compiled with Octane 2.22.2. See Octane Standalone for release notes, including Camera pin additions.
- Added "Cube Map" project type to the Spherical Camera
- Fixed issue where the Reload Texturemaps function was not working
- Fixed issue where ticking Refresh Scene Each Frame was causing animated textures to not render correctly
- Fixed issue where if a material had been saved to a Poser material, the search for missing texturemaps would not occur when reconverted than Poser material to an Octane material
- Fixed issue where the Aperture was not being set correctly for the Dolly camera
- Fixed issue where updating vertices between animation frames was taking too long
- Fixed issue where props parented to figures with duplicate prop names would be treated as the same prop. Previously, same-named props parented to different figures would share their materials - however this was causing a bug with copy/paste/import/export of these materials, so this has changed. For old scene where duplicate prop names exists for props parented to figures, the duplicate prop will have it's materials re-converted from the Poser material the first time you open the scene with this version of the plugin.
- Pin changes to the Thin Lens camera stereo settings

Thanks Paul... loving that tooltip gone function!

Indeed, the tooltips getting out of the way was a good thing. If I want to see some of it, I can enable it back just to check it out, but it doesn't need to be on top of everything afterwards. Thanks, Paul!
Is there a way to set the RGB colors in procedural nodes such as Checks, Saw Wave, and others? I've managed to multiply the white parts by RGB colors, but the blacks remain black. Most procedural nodes in other programs (to include Poser) allow setting colors, so I wonder if Octane will be an exception? Or perhaps there is a way to set the colors, but I haven't figured it out yet?

Plug the checks, saw, etc node into a Mix or Material Mix node, then set the second material in the mix to whatever you need.

That works perfectly, thanks Paul! ^_____^

Hey Paul, I was just asked by one of our shader users, if there is going to be a Mac version of this update as well?
Thanks and Happy Easter!
