Hi Huebner, Adecemployee,
You should have received email instructions as soon as the payment was processed by our server.
I have checked the mail logs to see what happened here.
Huebner, i can see a message going out ok on the date of purchase. Can you please check your spam folder?
Adecemployee, Our server got a rejection when sending out the email "User Unknown" can you please check that the email address in your account (and forum) is correct?
Thanks
Chris.

Chris,
I have updated my email address to a gmail. Not sure why my previous address would have given any errors. But thank you for looking into this.

hi, you should change the image type, from normal to alpha ( the last pop up in the image texture node)

ciao beppe

Perfect, thank you!
I still have one small problem. I wanted to take a picture of the plane, but I took a picture of a Christmas tree

look at the post-processing tab in the octane setting, probably there are some higher values by default

as an hint, you could set all the octane settings as you like in an empty scene and save it as new.c4d in order to get your prefered setting in all the new scenes

ciao beppe

In the standalone version of this can be resolved so that it is sufficient to move the Gamma slider in the environment(HDRi) and hotpixels disappear. You can also return the slider to its original value and is still without hotpixels (until you change the texture on model???). In the version of C4D so it does not work. it's "funny"
(sorry for my bad english)
Edit.: It's cool. Just set Gamma to 1 and tick Ipm.Samp
