Yes I did in past. Don't know why, I haven't change anythings between R19 and R20.

Will 4.01.1R2 C4D plugin work with the new 4.02 Standalone?
Interested in some of the bug fixes in that release.
Thanks

Aoktar, the links are missing in the version 4.02 stable, there are no download links where there used to be..!
Also,
Thanx for the awesome work!

Hi,
my suggestion is to install the latest Apple Security Update for Sierra, and update the drivers to 378.05.05.25f12:

I've updated to 10.12.6 but my version says (16G29). So when I try to install 378.05.05.25f12 it says not compatible with this OS.
So now I'm stuck again. This is the 2nd time I've tried to update and will probably have to revert again, which means Octane simply does not respond in C4D.
It loads materials 1 at a time at around 10-15s per material, then once it starts showing in LV, C4D hangs-goes-hangs-goes-hangs-goes like a heartbeat. You can't click on anything in the C4D interface at all until you force quit and reboot.
Octane is fine on first boot and first send, but if you send a 2nd scene, you get this weird sluggish behaviour and have to reboot again.

Update to 10.12.6 and new drivers - no effect. C4D is still unresponsive while LV is calculating samples. Every time samples jumps up, C4D becomes active again for a split second, but then becomes unresponsive.
If unlucky enough to have set high samples, good luck doing anything except a force-quit. It's almost impossible to press the pause button, and same for reset.
Why is this so bad? RC7 was not like this but RC7 expires as a build, yes?

Try checking Tonymac for the appropriate NVIDIA drivers:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/nvidia-drivers/
The newest drivers are not necessarily the best.
According to Tonymac, you need 378.05.05.25f01 with 16G29.
My workhorse machine is on 10.12.6 (16G1114), NVIDIA driver 378.05.05.25f04 and everything seems to be happy with C4D R19 and Octane 4.02.1.

Use latest version with latest drivers.
