Metal works just fine here, especially when combined with some Drum&Bass. \m/ \m/

Try increasing the Specular map value. By default it looks like diffuse.

Thanks Milan, specular map was at 0 (by default), so in previous version value was 1 I guess, and I used ready made metal materials.

Thank you for this, it was driving me absolutely mad with people telling me to watch youtube tutorials! Would surely make sense to have this default to 1!

I haven't notified that we need specular_map float should be 1.0 by default in case. I've changed the default value to 1.0 for next version.

Important information about latest build(3.08.1-R1)
I've forgot to hide some controls for "Universal" material. It's not a part of V3 and it will not work. I'll remove it for next build, please ignore that until that. Sorry for confusion!

Hi, awesome work on the v4 build!

I have an issue with the Vertex Color Tag, it wont render properly to the Picture Viewer. It does however render correctly in the Live viewer.

Panoramic camera works very strange. Or i do something wrong.
In cylindrical mode it show me nothing.

FovY should be smaller than 180.0 degree.

Why did you set to deprecated method? Reading the information about options that would be great to understand background processes.

Using Forester-Multicloner causes the C4D to hang. :(
