Hi Aoktar - again i must say Thank you - thank you - thank you
it is so nice to work with it - and for the first mac version i think it is very very good.
I'm very very happy to see many people soo like that. I'm a c4d fan and i'm going to do best for all.
but - yes there is a but - if i take older c4d scenes i have trouble to convert the material (only a few others wise it crash) and if i download a dblive material it comes only white
or i converted a material and in the preview sphere you see the texture of a material i copied before - but in render it shows the right one.
???
I need more info to say anything. Actually i have not a real mac to test it. I can send you a PM for that
then a problem - maybe i do not know the right way in octane - you can see the screenshot where the BG plate with the garden makes a shadow - in c4d normally with a render tag say something like no shadow or just say exclude the BG plate from the sun render tag - there are different ways to have no shadow - but i can not find it in octane - the exclude tab in the octane sun does not exclude the BG ????
It's a octane problem. Because not yet supports unvisible to camera or don't cast shadows, etc. I wish to have this features, and best is to wishes from Octane Team. These are must be features
and then a future question: i liked the lighting world map of the standalone so much - it was so easy to get the perfect light and shadows - and i think it is not so comfortable in your prg.
the octane daz studio programmer has one in his version - maybe you can get infos from him to do it?
i can do but it's not in first place
And not so unimportant - because i need it for the Poser octane to run - is the standalone not be able to activate - see screenshot - can they not run together?
don't be to sad about all the people grouch about your program - i think they are all happy to have it - but want help you to get it perfect you did a very amazing job so far.

and the activation for the standalone - where can i get help - i don't really understand this activation problem.
it was all fine before the c4d octane version.

and when i bought your plugin i got a mail with two usernames and passwords (one for standalone and one for the plugin) but they didn't work together - see screenshot before.

Can you try deactivate this account from Otoy user control panel, then wait and enter account again

on the home page i couldn't find any deactivation - i tried in the plugin now

hi, which version of standalone under osx? in the 1.12 the team have made some changes in the activation section ;)

Please fix panoramic and spherical camera . Cinema just crashing when i activate them :?
