Thanks, but would prefer to see it on a Mac Pro using AMD GPUs (preferably in C4D)!

yes, show us the real deal! I'm impressed you have it running on an iPhone, but 99.9% of us want to see more evidence of it running on a variety of AMD cards on a mac

I think most of us kind of want to see Octane bench of the last 6 AMD cards attached to a imac pro or Macbookpro in eGPU:
RX580 - Vega 32 - Vega 64 - Radeon VII - RX5700 - RX5700XT
Lets face it.. while a mac pro is nice most of us won't be getting one!
Also.. the internal dgpu's of the 15 and 16inch macbookpro as well would be cool!

that is really good news! I hope the mentioned drivers are embedded in there so that otoy can release their public beta.

I read from the macrumors forum that a lot of the people who got the W5700X are reporting stability and performance problems with 10.15.4. After installing the 10.15.5 beta however the seem to get far better and more stable benchmark results and system performance.
So maybe thats an indication that some sort of graphic package is included in that release.

Does anyone know what the deal is with Octane X and the new Mac Pro? My understanding is you will get a free licence, but what kind of licence and how long will it last?
