if you just add a camera then exporter can do the job...

Really ? I have to test that. As I don't export the camera, I wouldn't have even supposed that it was necessary !

By default, Win 7 doesn't show the console. I found the shortcut, and yes it says "no camera".

is there a way to render in octane a particle system like hairs, sphere falling from a cube or clouds from blender ?
