Yes, problem causes the background object.
Is it a general error?
Just ignore it. It's not critical error and doesn't affect the render output. Resizing the LV, will fix it.

Version 2.25-R4 (11.05.2016)

It seems, Render region have a problem in LV:
1.Begin LV render
2.After, lets say 2.000 samples you make render region —
--
1. Not correct sample count lets say it may be some thing strange like 348.654 samples
2. Borders are wider, partially, of the image that renders, and a portion of images does not
You must to reupload scene to fix sample counter and borders.

1- it display normalised factor. So when it show 1000 samples this mean you'll see same sampled amount in kernel settings.
