One thing is like that's not a plugin issue, especially if you see same results in standalone. Please send a sample scene with details to support team.

Hello,

Render is getting stuck on denoiser which doesnt seem to be working after a system update and I just started using rtx 3090.

I reinstalled windows and all apps and the problem still there.

Am I missing a package from nvidia or something? Any work arounds?

30XX Sseries are using denoiser untill now with 2020.2 XB4.
Get it and have a try.

Standalone only for now. It is still XB-4. I don't think there will be a C4D build until the first RC comes around.

Not properly, you can prepare your scene with 2020.1.5-R4, then export it in .orbx animated format to Standalone 2020.2-XB4, and render your sequence from there, with AI Denoiser active for Ampere GPUs.

Happy GPU Rendering,

ciao Beppe

Thanks for the suggestion but that's not gonna work for what I do. I work in RT with clients to preview 3D environments on photoshoots. So it's a bit of a problem right now.
