Adaptive does not work

Hi...I´m experimentig 3ds max crashes in multiple versions of max(14 To17)...with3.06-4.33....when I use batch render, and layer passes activated (black shadows, layer reflections, ) after the first set of render its done (they saved in HardDrive) max crash in this moment.
