But it is simple to recreate - LV freeze during playing any animation if you move or rotate C4D viewport.

Not exactly same, but can you show me a picture from the issue?
Hair moves on a plane rotated by an effector and a fracture object, but there is still a duplicate that doesn't move and shouldn't be visible.

Hi Aoktar,

There is a bug in my scene where all the lights ID are "stucked" between 1 and 3.

however, it doesn't change anything if I change de light pass ID.

Here is my scene, is it a bug ?

Not a BUG on my side. You have "C4D light linking" selected. Turn OFF, otherwise it will manage the IDs by itself. It will ignore your IDs.

Is there chance to get C4D effects to work in Octane Scatter, like Terrain Mask ? Or Curvature node ?

It's a different problem, looks like Fracture object have a different behavior with hairs in C4D 2024 version.

It looks like Terrain Mask shader doesn't work even baked.

From C4D Effects Shader tab only Spline works fine in Octane. Interesting why others doesn't work here.
