Just one important question for archivizers as me: Is there an option for offsetting North angle in case your scene does not suit 90° North?
You can use the floatHemi data type which allows you to position the sun by X,Y coordinates and Z for the angle, so that you can position it any way you like.
Ok, but for "real" simulation?

there's a world map you can click on and enter date/time, just look at philbo's video.

Radiance, I see that the worldmap, it is quite the same with some other apps.
What I would like to know is that:
As an old architect and also archivizer I am able to draw site plan with North not quite at 90° from my ruler. Sometime, North can be 20° or other value offset to regular 90°. It is what I call offset angle and is is very important. Otherwise, you need to rotate your scene to have North at 90°.

I can add a rotation option if you want ?
that's not a bad idea.
