Thank you - I did that before.
The LiveDB was updated but that didn't change anything:
- can't use LiveDB because of missing texture files.
- can't use my own materials - they seem to be gone.
- after a while in DAZ it's not possible to enter any data in the octane window. I can't change a name of a material or change any value manually.
And - at least - I'm very disappointed about the fact, there's still no support for strand-based hair after all these months.

you do know the that coder left and a new one is in place and trying to look trough all the code and the outdated livedb is not top priority no one is using it other than you 2

Sorry - but that's really no excuse.
Since so many months there's no single feature added to the plugin. Since so many months (years) the plugin-users ask for support of strand-based hair.
We always had problems like the ones I have described.
Freezing of the plugin, no proper function of the live-db... nothing happens.

Well, there's probably not much money to be made with the DAZ plugin - so no top priority.

you know what you 2 can come on discord and talk to the dev him self instead of being here and be angry over the livedb that no one uses anymore. Maybe he can help you
