No one seems to have picked up on the obvious bit here. Why are your render nodes only getting data in at 95mbit? To me that suggests your render nodes network connection is limited to 100mbit, which is absolute death for a render node's efficiency. This will usually happen if you have a damaged network cable or socket, your typical 1gbit network link will drop down to 100mbit in order to maintain a connection. This is double bad because even a 1gbit connection will be the bottleneck on many projects, our shift from a 1gbit backend to 10gbit netted us a 40% speed increase for example, though this was with faster hungrier nodes.

Just for record, I have a 10Gb Card, and yes, previously with 1Gb it was way harder to work with. Nevertheless, I managed to get 4~4.5Gb Max transfer speed with one node, and around 2Gb in case I have two render nodes.
