Should be used to it by now? the first official comment on this was that it would be ready when H18 released... no this is super expected and standard for Otoy, promise a bunch of stuff and then not deliver remotely within the time frames stated. Nothing new here, and don't expect anything different either. It will come, eventually... just months later than claimed and every other release. sit tight and forget about it, it's not worth your time trying to get your hopes up or plan / schedule anything by it.

At this point, we will get it on 18.5, that's will be a full year behind RS or other Hydra delegated Engine. But we choose Octane and we have to wait.
