Could you try export the unreal scene to ORBX and send me the ORBX file?
Or steps how to reproduce the bug?

Steps to produce are open the UE4 project and render. If I open a second "Level" (which is basically a room within the yacht) its fine. I cannot send any files due to NDA. The screen shots sent previously by OP match my setup.

So you are always getting a hang with any scene when you ahve interactive rendering switched on?
