Hi Chris, I am going to send you link for a test project.
It looks like Octane .33 has issue with opacity textures on characters run through UE4.
(It has been the case since first release, but this project will be for 4.24.3).

Greetings Chris!
This is Gill Media Studio. We are working of a hyper realistic CGI feature film inside unreal engine and we have purchased the enterprise edition of the standalone renderer and we are currently facing some issues.
Kindly look into the following!
We tested out the latest v0.33 release (Which actually is 0.32 for some reason) for UE. The camera and sequencer seems to be working fine, But the skeleton mesh with morph targets are disappearing from the render which wasn't the issue with some of the previous version (except the camera issue) like in v0.28. Is there a way to fix this? This is the biggest hurdle we are facing with the Renderer as our whole movie has facial performance capture driven by morph targets only.Kindly, Look into it on an urgent basis!
We'd like to collaborate on this project with you if possible and planning to buy upto 20 more license for production purposes!
This is the link to the teaser of our upcoming feature:

We believe could be sky rocketed using your renderer only if the above mentioned problem is solved
Thank You!Looking forward to hearing from you.

I will look into this. And try to come with a new build somewhere around the end of this week.
In the meantime, there should be a plugin setting that forces the use of CPU skinning. You can try turning that on and see what happens.

Lightmapping similar to unreals lightmapping system is in the works. The results of which should be usable without the plugin.
Is this what you mean?

Hi guys,
I'm new to Octane for Unreal so I'm sorry if I'm asking for something stupid.
I just installed Unreal 4.24.3 from Epic Launcher and then I installed the latest OCT plugin "OctanePrime0_32_UE4_24.exe".
When launching the plugin I get a warning message "This build is not supported anymore. Please update to a newer version".
What am I doing wrong?
I also put cudnn64_7.dll in the right path...
Thank you in advance for any hints.
Andrea

0.32 is an outdated build.
Here is the latest build:
