You're doing a great job reporting issues, and for sure your reports are always read and considered (and fixed!), even when not specifically answered.

I'm not saying no one reads bug reports. My concern is that there is very limited interaction between users and developers on Blender plugin section compared to other plugins.
I'm really open to improve the interaction. What do you propose?
My proposals are:
1. Close all discussion here and move it to Facebook which is more interactive and much faster. Here I would leave only section with bug reports and releases.
2. Bugs reports should be confirmed or commented much quicker then it is now. Preferably developers should devote their time to respond to them every day. Like 1 hour of their daily routine.
3. If discussion stays here developers should devote their time to respond posts every day. Like 1 hour of their daily routine.
4. Preferably there could be a person like you that visits the forums every day and respond to posts along with developers.

I agree with all that J.C. posted above, except #1, as someone who will never have a facebook account. The only way I would participate in facebook would be if they allow you to post and read without a login.

I highly recommend to be part of the Facebook Octane Group. If used correctly, Facebook can be a great opportunity. You need an account, of course, but you can use a nickname without issues, and limit your presence to the groups you're interested in.
Used in a professional way, a social network could be something really good. You get real time answers to your question, get in touch with some great artists, check some amazing artworks.

Sorry, but Facebook is evil. OTOY has a forum right here . It's the freaking official company discussion forum! I'm rather shocked your employer doesn't insist that this be the primary hub for discussion of OctaneRender for Blender.

Let's discuss Octane Blender vs Octane C4D rather than if FB is evil or not. We can start another discussion in separate topic if you like.

Can we hope for a communication improvement or we continue talking to a wall?

Answering every question is a pain for developers. Spending the most of times that ruins the concentration and spends the best times for that.
Also it's harder to give answers and explain the issues than fixing these. That's why I answer shortly!

We aim to keep our communication to user for when we have meaningful updates to make, but will aim to maintain contact in the times between as well.
I guess it's better to close the forums if the altitude has changed.

I don't think so, I'm pretty sure devs read the feedbacks and take notes!

Reading feedback and taking notes does not substitute proper communication.
