Hi, Aoktar, Thanks for your hard work on the plugin development.

I have a issue when trying the emmision channel in the universal mode, when using the button in the material interface to add a emmision node the c4d software hangs I have to force quit using the task manager.

also I'd like to know a little more on how to use the light linking inside the c4d plugin.

Update_1: also hangs when manipulating the emission node while the live viewer is open.

Update_2: the console don't print any info as all c4d stops, and is not only on the universal mode in the diffuse mode happens too.

Here is how light linking work in XB4:

1. choose a light Pass ID in each light emitter

2. on the octane object tag, u can now disable desired light passes for that object

Ahmet,

Is it possible to add an intensity slider in the Universal material coating section? having to plug a float texture shader to that pin each time seems a little redundant ;)

also coating doesn't work for the universal material as part of a blend material

Sorry if this is off topic, but what will the cost be of upgrading version 3 to version 4?

Currently, I have two standalone licenses and one C4D plugin license.

So the latest version supports UDIM tiles. is it possible to implement in C4D?

@BCres upgrade from v3 to 4 is free man 8-)

I couldn't find time to check it yet! Current additions was enough to take my time until now. Also I have much more ideas to add into plugin side. So give me time to investigate udim feature in upcoming days. I'll do what's possible when I'm on, thanks!

It's working well on me. What's your versions? And could you reproduce it on a new scene? and send me your scene if you do!
