please fix it is getting annoying switching back and forth from 3.07 to 3.08 and switching phoenix all the time.
Hi Coilbook,
Thanks for your scene. I think I found the issue with the particles not being rendered :
When 3dsmax starts, it seems to not always call Octane when all plugins are loaded, so it could miss the detection of Phoenix FD.. I got different behavior with Phoenix for VRay and Phoenix for scanline ..
This should be fixed in the new release, 3.08 - 5.07..

Note that I also added some check / information for Phoenix volume channels, that can be useful to better understand issues with volume settings..

I'll have a look at the performance issues..
Thanks

Hi neonZorglub
if you need the scene for the performance issue (scene evaluation) please let me know. It is literally 1 min 20 seconds to process Phoenix ocean and a couple of objects before rendering begins. And I have i9-7900x Thanks

Hi,
I am using 3ds max 2016 plugin, 3.08 5.06 subscription and it seems that I cant change response, gamma etc on camera imager settings. On standalone everything works fine.
