Is that backlighting on the eyelashes? Or did you fake it by making them lighter at the tips? Seems that backlighting would require trickery or SSS...

Its lighting reflecting off the lashes from the emitter in front, they're not lighter at the tips. Its all a dull reflection...

Volumetric flame and smoke...
Want to do another with wax actually melting at the same time. Very easy but time consuming...

About the third pict (at first page) its the same as one posted on Thea forum (http://www.thearender.com/forum/viewtop ... 675#p43675)...
Its an Octane render or Thea render? (as you cant produce exactly same pict with the two renderer...)
