Sorry for the late response. Can you please confirm if it still does when you refresh IPR also what happens when you hit render?

I sure ,I render one maya file of my project with 6 renderfarm, the first frame lost material in every deadline task.
This will be same in mayabachrender .

The separate "Layer Reflections" pass name is wrong, it should not use the _refl
suffix, which is already used for the "Reflection" pass.
BUG : Layer Reflection pass
overrides the Reflection pass
at render time.
Separate passes should just use the user-defined Exr Channel names so these mistakes with the hard-coded names could not happen.
