I think that's fixed now. It doesn't seems as an Otoy issue.

No, it doesn't work for me (Paris).
And I will tell my client that this is not an OTOY issue, I'm sure he will paid me anyway even if I have missed the deadline because of this non-OTOY issue !!!!

We can connect so it can't be a server issue. I don't think that Otoy could manage routes to servers.

I'm also having this issue today, although more intermittently (I am in NYC). I was unable to activate, upon a reboot it activated, but by the time I submitted another render, the slave had lost its license and giving the same error again. Could this be related to the Dyn DDoS attack? I'm also unable to log in to my otoy account from the webpage.

Same for me (Russia). Cant get in to Cinema4D with Octane Render, it says Could not connect to SSO Server.
I thought its problem on my side, but i cant login on webpage too. It says "Cant access to DNS-adress server account.otoy.com."

Sign-in error both via software and webpage.

We have a major deadline! Need every minute we have! Can you please fix this now! Or give us some temporary workaround!!

This must have something to do with the DDoS DNS attack. I'm in California and have the same issues. Can someone from OTOY confirm what's going on?
It was working fine earlier this morning. I can't log into my Account page off of OTOY's website.

Frustrating.
