I would say I point to a very specific issue: That this thread even exists, and what a complete disrespect for their users Otoy shows by that.

I asked you whether YOU have an specific issue, I am sure we can all spend our time better than this.

Do not hesitate we treat all our customers with respect and that our objective is to give them the best experience with Octane for which we are working hard and innovating to do so every single day.

As I said, if you have a specific problem regarding the software, please PM me as the rest of users already have done.

I'll now close this thread for unproductive as the rest of users have already an internal conversation.
