please, could you be more specific about your issue and your working positions?
By the way, the latest Standalone version is v3.02:

What happen if you sign out from this version?

It seems I have the same issue here!
My stanalone Live Account (website) is deactivated (the button is lighter grey/unclickable) but my c4d Plugin is still activated (darker grey) and im not sure how to activate the standalone on the website again...
I use the latest releases:
Octane Render Standalone 3.01.1b
Octane for C4D V3.02-R2
Issue occurred after updating the versions.

Do you see V3 in license page? Or upgraded your licenses?

I am having the exact same problem on V3.02 except I have the Rhino plugin.
I deactivated the Octane Standalone V2.25, then installed V3.01 and tried to sign in and couldn't.
Then I found V3.02 on this post, and installed it, but still cant sign in. I get a Sign in error that says 'invalid user name or password'

Hi Shirahockman1,
"invalid user name or password" is different issue, v3 authentication is different from v2
Now you don't need to copy paste long serial numbers, just use your user id and pw from your personal OctaneLive account.

Also you need V3 license. Do you have?
