Yes but I'm not able to open the standalone version, and have not been since I installed V3

procedure is not soo complex.
If you choosed the "offline mode" you should release it when you transfer that to different pc. But also need to release it by standalone's account section. Because plugin can't release standalone license. Please check first activation case of licenses from page Otoy/User/Licenses page.

I know but again how would I do that when I'm not able to open the standalone?

what's the problem with Standalone? It should work on any cases even without proper gpu or drivers.

can you open v2? did you used V2 before that?

Yes I did , and no I can't

this looks like the same problem We experienced today.

The same error message when trying to open stand alone 3 release.

Ps > rolling back to Beta 3 v2 works fine.

I thought solving the issues relative to the new license system was the number one priority for Octane team,
but if the support is not up-to-date, I don't know what to think...
