First displacement modifier
Second Bump map
Third Displacement map
Winner Displacement modifier

I just set caustic blur to "0,01" and it works like on the screenshot. I ever thought caustic blur won't affect the caustics calculation but reduce the sharp edges and blur the caustics....

You have to activate the displacement modifier for it to work. :P

I did. Look at the surface. ;) it was the caustics blur setting.
