Ok this is not Octane related issue. Same happens on standard render. Just try to find a way to cache tracer effect.

fixed it but jesus I think something is wrong with my octane
the render times..

Is it first time to play with Octane? Have you ever tried to study kernel, material parameters on render optimisations? Have you watched our video tutorials for this?
Also i suppose this kind of object is not well for speed. Octane is a pathtracer. Try to do with hair.
