I'm really hoping for some HDR Light Studio implementation - at some point :)

I'd like it if render settings pertinent to Cameras were associated with Cameras. Namely film characteristics, render resolution, exposure, etc. I'd also prefer if it worked in photographic parameters, not floats. So, exposure in seconds.. 1/15, etc.

The Octane Thin Lens Camera values are stored on the DAZStudio camera. The Octane Imager values are stored with the plugin render settings. I agree that moving the Imager settings to the DAZStudio camera may be beneficial, but it is quite a difficult change, so it's something I'd rather look at in the future, once Octane 3 is complete.

Update / Edit:
This was included in 3.0.4.10.
Thank you so much!
Happy to finally fit all the tabs in the same activity!
:D

Please rename the OctaneRender tab to just Octane

This will save valuable space to fit another tab on the pane.

Depending on the DAZ Studio layout and style options you can only fit a limited amount of tabs on each pane.

If you use more tabs than fit the pane you end up having some tabs outside the screen and not clickable.

In this example you can see that the "Scene" tab is actually moved outside of view on the top of the pane.

Keeping feature requests succinct will mean I spend less time reading, and can push through more changes.

- The "help button" in the viewport, the Node Graph Editor and the OctaneRender main tab should remain activated (toggled on) when clicking on it. It is annoying that after clicking on one setting the ? mouse cursor already disappears and one has to click the help button again to read the next help text of another parameter.
The ? mouse cursor should only be deactivated when the users clicks on the help button again to deactivate it.

- Support for hair and fur was an OctaneRender version 2 feature. Look at my hair is the most used spline based hair plugin in DAZ Studio for animals. LAMH developers expressed interest in supporting OctaneRender. Was there already information exchanged between the new OcDS plugin developer and the LAMH team about lending each other assistance?

For texture resizing would it be possible to add the option to resize all/several textures in one go? i,e the option to 'resize all textures', 'resize checked only', 'resize grey images only', something like that?
It's painful having to go through one texture at a time, especially when you have hundreds of textures loaded.

I think this would take a lot of effort to implement, so would not justify the benefit. So it's not an enhance I would look to do in the near future.

This would mean you'd need to click it once to activate, then again to deactivate before you clicked a button. This may be more button clicks than the current implementation, where often you only want help on a single button.

I have progressed this issue, however I don't think it can be implemented until further down the Octane 3 release cycle, when I will have more time available.

An option to collapse the node inputs of a node, so you only see the default options for the node.
For example: for the "glossy material", if you have 3 image inputs, each with their own color correction and some other adjustments, it becomes very time consuming to find something in the glossy material node.
It would be a lot easier if everything is collasped in the glossy node and I could just click to open the bump setting for example.

Also there is an additional "my presets" list under the "used" and "emitters" lists.
It is pretty useless and what is worse, if you select a material under the normal "my presets" window, the material also gets selected automatically in the list window. Even for small scenes, that means the plugin scrolls all the way down to show your material in the lists view, which means you can no longer see the "used" material list where you need to apply your material.
