Be aware that the GTX 970 has only 3.5GB of VRAM available to Octane. 512MB of that VRAM is segregated, slow and not even acknowledged by Octane. I own one, so unfortunately I know this from experience.
This issue brought up
7 class action lawsuits against NVIDIA. I would recommend going with a 980 or a 980ti if you can afford it.
Best of luck.

Thank you Spectralis, I totally agree with your advice, but I don't have the time to built my computer on my own

and I don't have the money if something goes wrong when I put together the single parts.

So the GTX 970 is useless compared to my actual GTX 760? The GTX 980 is much more expensive (and I don't know if I can afford it) but could be a solution?
And a last thing: If I install the 760 + 970, this setting it will improve my render?
Thank you
K.

Ah no. You'll do fine with the GTX 970. If you do large complex scenes, then it may be an issue but otherwise the 970 is just fine. You can use out of core textures if you get tight for memory, the impact is only like 10% of your render performance. I've already run 8.5GB renders using my 4GB cards. Anyways, with Octane you have a huge amount of control over memory usage.
Everything I've heard about mixing and matching cards is that it can be problematic. In practice I use my secondary GPU when using Daz, and I only turn on both cards for final render. I can play video games while rendering or goofing around this way.
FYI, I upgraded by my 970s to 980s over this issue, but it was probably unnecessary.
