Looks good.
But I think if you want to go for a sweaty look you need to add sweat droplets. Otherwise his skin just looks overly greasy and wet, while his hairline and everything is dry. You need to sell all parts as hey this dude is sweaty. Super wet skin but dry shirt, hair and now sweat droplets makes the wet skin look like a mistake rather than an artistic goal.
