Hi guys, where in the docs is this alpha method shown? I'm trying to put a label on a bottle. In the C4D render there would be 2 materials... 1 for the glass and 1 for the label that sits on top of the glass. The label material would have an alpha channel that "cuts it out" so the irregular shape sits on top and you see glass everywhere else on the object.

is that the same workflow in Octane? if so where in the docs can I see what nodes to use?

thanks!
rob

but!! how do you get the label to show up on the front of the bottle like a C4D flat projection?

Just use Flat projection in Texture tag. It will be converted as uv mapping.
