It's look interesting..In my opinion With a little better texturing this would look more attractive.

Very realistic !
It looks like the shaving foam will be applied on the toasts...

How about the rendering time?

Love the "mistakes" of a real camera being brought in to our 100% fake world...
But I'm curious about the door, it seems that it's floor to ceiling? The handle should be a bit lower than 1/2 the door size, but here it's like on the bottom 1/3 of the door AND it seems higher than all the other objects in the scene. I dunno, something about it throws me off, either making the bedstand and bed look WAY to low to the ground or the door itself looking way to large for the scale of the room.
But yeah, fantastic work!

render time varied from 2 to 3 hours. I did do some noise reduction on them. In do hope rendering speed for interiors do increase
significantly when they have optimised pmc fully and if they add some sort of bidirectional pathtracing.

Very very realistic renders, but 2 hours for the frame is too much if you think animation. I tried pmc lately and it is faster, but still takes too long to clean.

Pretty cool renders !
The outside photo and the ceiling texture make me remember my student room in Middlesbrough ^^

Very, very good modelling and rendering! Congratulation! I love the idea and it felt a bit like coming home.
Marvellous details and convincing textures too.
Just one thing about the textile objects in the pictures. They all seem somewhat "stiff" to me. Do you know what I mean? The pillows for example or the pullover that hangs out of the drawer.
Depending on the modelling software you use, it can be quite difficult to make it better, I know.
But again, fantastic job!
cheers
